So I'm going to write to the Chief of Police here in Cyprus to put the suggestion that all police officers complete a course of Bhangra lessons and these should be compulsory, giving them exercise and some light relief from their policing duties. I've just been watching this guy's video of him teaching the Canadian police the art of Bhangra dancing and very good they were too and obviously enjoying it. I'd love to give it a try but I'm scared I'll fall over! If anyone is interested in seeing more there's lots of different videos of Bhangra dancing, it's often done at weddings - I'm sure this guy will be featured too. It's a real "feel good' way to dance and exercise. He's great! He was interviewed on Lorraine's morning programme yesterday, he lives up in the Yukon in Canada. Just tried to follow him but I had to stop because I was afraid he might be better at dancing than me! Guess he's a year or two younger than I am. Hide These Ads?
